Ezra Terra Brownfield property attracts attention from national restaurant and retailers.

Ezra Terra acquired an abandoned Shell service station in Klamath Falls, Oregon. The site sat abandoned with various attempts to investigate and cleanup for over 20 years. The site was cleaned up using a flameless on site thermal process. We treated 7,000 tons of petroleum contaminated soil and ground water. The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality issued a “Unconditional No Further Action” letter clearing the way for development. The entire process took less than 6 months to complete.

Since the completion of the cleanup, the adjacent Shopping Mall property has invested significant resources in remodeling their facility. National chains have entered into long term leases at the Shopping Mall.

The Ezra Terra site sits on an acre of prime commercial land with a dedicated signal access to the property. With 30,000 cars per day passing the site, national chains have expressed interest in this well located property.

Ezra Terra specializes in acquiring contaminated property for cleanup, development and resale.
